Yikes! Almost got in big trouble at work! I opened up a post that was labeled with sound and my boss was like "what is that??" and started to walk over. Ooopppss!!
Granted , its my fault for being on the boards so much:hyper:
 
That's why I stopped adding sounds to posts. I've been in a similar situation. Unless you are the originator of a post, you can't go back and edit the title to add a "sound warning".

Gotta go. Someone is looking over my shoulder.:earseek:
 

I turn my sound off on my laptop when I am at work.. then I can't get caught on the DIS when i am supposed to be working:smooth:
 
I keep my computer on mute. Most of the time.:teeth: Unless you're the OP, it's hard to warn others about sounds though.
 
Since I DIS from home, the sound doesn't bother me except it often delays the thread from loading.
 
Oh, and I do agree with TC, I think it is rude to add sound in a reply to a thread.
