My DS15's band will be marching on Dec. 9 in the afternoon parade, and we're going down to be "groupies." I can't wait - we've never been to WDW during the holidays!

I'm leaving tomorrow to meet up with our band who will be arriving on Sunday for a week at Disney. They're on a bus but us trip committee members opted to fly.

Please wave at our band as we are marching in the 8:30 parade on Tuesday before Thanksgiving.

Tell him good luck and to have a great trip!!! My band is marching in the MK on February 20. You will be able to tell where all the band parents are, though, because there will be like a hundred people wearing red shirts (thats our school color) and screaming as loud as they possibly can while taking pictures constantly. I swear, it is like we are famous. THere is one couple that is the band's official photographers (they take all the pics that are on our website) and we call them the papparazzi (sp?). THey are ALWAYS in our face, especially at band camp, snapping pictures.
