I got it more than a year ago for doing a phone survey. I was given a postcard with a phone number for a survey at the end of my meal. When I returned home to S FL, I did the survey and was given a 4 digit code at the end of the survey that I was to write at the bottom of the postcard. Even though it was a long time ago, I would assume it would be honored, because they must know that most people are from other places and might not get back to WDW for a few years.
I have had it sitting on my desk for about a year (can't remember which trip I got it at...Either Oct 2005 or Oct 2006) and I am tired of looking at it, don't know when we will be back at Portobello's (doesn't fit into our plans next trip, and after that trip our seasonal passes expire and we are taking a "break" from WDW
)and I certainly don't want to throw it away!
