....just be forewarned you need outlook or a similar program to access them. We bought our tickets and I got the confirmation email with the tickets. I know you can scan at the gate, but a I wanted to print them to be on the safe side. Tried to open the attachment on my iPhone. Wouldn't work. Tried on my iPad. Nope. Then tried on our desktop. No there, too. (Never realized we did not have outlook before now. Who knew?!?)'It is a .msg file that is sent and apparently we have no compatible programs on our computer to open them as we tried several different ones (opened several with lines and lines of gibberish, though, as they were incompatible!) Luckily, I forwarded it to my husband who will be able to open the file and print the tickets at his office. Not sure what we would have done otherwise. LMTclub is legitimate from what I have read here and other disers have used them successfully. Their prices are excellent! (We are saving almost $35 a ticket over gate prices!) I just wanted to make sure others knew so they can make sure they will be able to access the tickets before they buy.

You can always download and install Outlook Express. It will open them no problem.

I had the same problem. Gave a quick call to LMT Club Customer Service, who then forwarded me the email again, with direct link to e-tickets on the official Disneyland website.

I am glad it worked out for you without too much hassle. Good thing we both checked in advance! Would rather find that out at home then at the turnstiles.

I'm glad to hear people got their tickets. At the moment I have been on hold with them for an hour! I ordered tickets Monday evening and they have yet to arrive (Friday noon). We leave EARLY Monday morning so I'm worried!

Did you check your spam folder? They did not come from LMTclub. Mine were sent from someone named Lynette Gutierrez.

I was on hold with them for over an hour , too, to ask if they could resend the tickets in a different format and finally gave up.

I hope you get your tickets!

Thanks. I have been checking spam. When DH got through this afternoon they said they hadn't been sent yet. This is causing me more stress than what we are saving....

It sounds like they are very inconsistent as mine were sent the next day....
