OK, gang I'm in....I think I might need to be obnoxious for a while until I get a routine down....meaning that I might need to check in just let somebody know how I'm doing or not....
I've WANTED to lose 25 pounds for about 2 years now...the most I've lost is 10 and I keep gaining it back...So, as of March 31, 2003 I will be starting again....for the last time to get in shape and eat right.....
Actually eating right, will consist of a low carb diet as I am a sugar and carb addict.......I've got to break the cycle....
