Dh and I have three kids ( 3 year old twins and a 13 year old Boy)

OK so that is easy, boys on pull out sofa and DD in a air bed......

But in a one bed room would it be possible to do this.......

DH and I in bed room and 3 year old twins on JR air beds ( either side of King bed.

Two on the pull out in the living room and one adult on an air bed in living room.

we will be tight, but DH would love to bring his best firend ( a single dad of one) and there is no way they could ever afford to stay at disney .....
but this way they stay for free with us.

I think I lost count of the people in your question. Are you asking if 7 people (3 adults and 4 kids) can fit in a one bedroom villa? If so, aside from the Disney rules regarding occupancy, do you think you could keep your sanity in a 1BR with all of those people crammed into that one space?

Hopefully, you are not a DVC owner asking to do this since you should know better.

The answer - no.

Since you are new, you are not aware this is a hot topic on this board.

DVC will let you put five in a one bedroom. Official occupancy is four plus one child UNDER three.

Not sure because I'm only a family of 4 but I think a 1 bedroom villa has a max occupancy of 4 folks. Disney might make you move up to a 2 bedroom. Any other diser's out there with the facts

You can have 5 with a young child or 4 adults and will have ample room pirate:
you can not have seven.......
BUt if you did ot would be very uncomfortable..
if you own get a 2 bedroom ar OKW and shorten your trip a 6 night trip is a reasonable amont of points and all will be comfortable....

Get a 2 bedroom, We'll all like it!!!

If you review the DVC rules regarding occupancy you will see that you will need either a 2BR or 2 studios.

You are not allowed to "cram" 7 people into a 1BR.

So it looks to me like the OP has 13 posts and is trying to pull some chains. Don't feed the trolls!

I am very new to all of this....

I have paid in full no loan....
my sister is alos an owner....she is getting a 2br

BUt it is our friends and they would be more comfortable with us...

I guess I could put two of my kids with my sister......

I didn't realize that this was such a hot topic....

the square footage of the one bedroom at OKW is larger than my first HOME!!!!!

You need to read your membership information. Occupancy limits are:
studios-4 + infant
1 bedroom-4 + infant (although MS will allow 5)
2 bedroom-8 + infant
3 bedroom-12 + infant
For security purposes, you will be required to put the names of all people staying in the unit on the reservation, and if you don't they will not get any of the on-site perks like early entry, guaranteed park entry etc.

Now I can see why you might think it is possible, but occupancy limits are there for a reason. Some are safety generated as well. Fire safety etc. It is also a big difference on the wear and tear on units. If everyone "stuffed them in" as you want to do, we would all be paying for it in the end with huge increases in maintenance fees.

I think your idea of putting two kids on reservation with DS is excellent. The other option might be to try for a GV at OKW instead of a 1BR and 2BR. Pool the points and you would have plenty of room. Ooops - guess then it would be a problem of who gets the MB. Good luck - other topics to avoid would be refillable mugs, and pool hopping just for future reference

Bear in mind those 7 people would all be using ONE bathroom too! If you happened to get a unit in buildings where there is no second door to the bathroom, that means they would all be tromping through YOUR room in the middle of the night!

You could get two studios. You and your wife on the queen and twins on the fold out in one studio and your friend and his child on the bed and your older child on the fold out in the second studio.
