We have stayed at the BWI and YC/BC and know all of the differences between them, the restaurants, distances, etc. However, we have not been to the villas at either resort. If view was the deciding factor for a June trip which is more likely to have a nice view (water, garden) not parking.

Also, with the construction at the BWV what are the chances of good view with a 2 bedroom?

At BWV would you be in a preferred view or standard view? That is a big difference. Even with a standard view, for a view between BCV and BWV I think I would still pick BWV. Because unfortunately BCV has a fairly large number of rooms that have a view of the road and the sounds of traffic, which is very close to the buildings, at BWV there are very few villas with a truely bad view so you chances of getting a villa with a decent view are greater at BWV.

I would agree with DeeP. Even the standard views at the BWV are OK..most are the view of the front entryway which is interesting during the day and pretty and festive looking at night when the lights are lit.

If you're sole criteria for deciding on whether to stay at BCV or BWV is the view, then I would definitely go for BWV. BCV has no view of Crescent Lake at all. I know when I bought into BCV it was somewhat of a factor that I would not be able to get that "great" view that I experienced at YC, but then again all I had to do was walk out onto the Boardwalk and I could see it anytime I wanted.

Just keep in mind that SAB will be off limits to you at BWV.

I don't think you'll go wrong either way, but BWV definitely has the majority of the better views.

BCV - I could look at Spaceship Earth all day and think I had a wonderful view !!!!

some people object to the road - but I really didn't notice anything except SE !!!
