If they say "No Pin", call back and check again!!!!!

The first time I called (Wednesday) I was told, "You have no pin codes." But I knew I had the one that expires today. So I called back yesterday to book with email in hand, and I actually had two. The newest got me 40% off at the Contemporary!:cheer2:
Here's my 2 cents: If I had the time to bug a couple people, and I wanted a code, I would keep checking. I still have not gotten an email from the one I booked with...Hope this helps someone.

But that's just darn frustrating! I keep getting the "it'll come to your email" answer when clearly for a lot of people it never does!

Maybe Disney needs to add it to the automated system so that after you give them your name and address info they can just tell you whether or not you have a discount.
 
The CM I spoke to yesterday encouraged me to call in order to check on pins when I apologized for being a nuisance by calling. He acknowledged that the delivery system is very faulty and that it's really best to call.
 
thanks for the tip (and hope!) I called a few days ago and didn't have one so I'll try again tonight.
