I think everyone in that country should use that extra hour to exercise and work out. I can tell by the answers given already that that is the last priority in everyone's life. Very sad, actually. Even if the entire country were given an extra hour, most people would say "I don't have time".

ditto. which also means i'd be sleeping, because i sleep right up until the very last possible minute that (hopefully) won't make me late to work.

i'd love to say that i'd exercise, too. but time isn't what's keeping me from doing it now, so nothing would change about that if i had an extra hour.

I'm an insomniac, so I guess I'd be doing what I always do: cook, read, clean, surf the internet, garden, plan trips to WDW, Disneyland, and Vegas.
