We came home with absolutely nothing, the shelves were practically bare and the staff were too busy dealing with customers to re stock The discount is only for today and only at the Braehead branch. Donny's going during the week with my bro to pick the items up as now that he's measured up he said we can get the taller wardrobes (ahem...told you so dance anyone?)

Bex will probably have more problems with the fact that she cant go on MSN or Bebo whilst she's away than her mobi....she'll not be on it when she comes home either because the Wicked Witch of the West (aka mum) has grounded her cue goulish cackle

it was the stores 10year anniversary today and they were offering 21% off everything.

I thought it was 21% off to celebrate the 21st anniversary I couldn't be bothered to go to our local one as it's busy on a normal day so what it would have been like yesterday

Oh and I hate public toilets too I'd rather not go all day than use them

What a nightmare about meds payment, I agree you have to start pulling out the big guns and let them know you're not going to take anymore $hit. Keep your chin up honey and we're all here for a stress release vent if you need one

Becci used to be a complete "Monica" but since the dreaded pre-teen syndrome hit home she is a complete pig. We've tried every tactic to get her to tidy her mess and eventually we reached the stage that it's been tidy for three weeks straight ...eh not so much . She said she'd packed for her weekend trip and I went in to double checked she'd done it properly when she was at tennis. everything was crush to hell, I then went into her drawers to get new stuff to pack and found so many items that had been put on then taken off and stuffed back in the drawer with the sleeves still inside the clothes. Needless to say when she sallied in from tennis she was blasted, (used her whole name, that's when she knows she's deep in the poo ) Rebecca Morven Tivendale will now be spending the next five evenings ironing her crushed clothes and anything else of hers that's been washed this week (bet you're glad I'm not your mum eh?)

Bebo is a personal website thingy a bit like facebook (yes I know I'm so IT minded ) She talks to friends on that and MSN messenger. I have a Bebo site too but it's really only there so that I can go into her site and keep an eye on who she's talking to etc. (just call me inch high private eye ) It's quite funny 'cos I have a few of her wee friends as friends on my site...not because I'm cool but because they all compete to see who has the most friends

Good for you! My Chloe is complete slob. She wears dirty clothes and will go days if allowed, which she's not, to not even comb her hair! She looks homeless half the time. Let me know how the ironing works out for you. I might have to copy your idea. I am so tired of finding stuff shoved under her bed and in the drawers. Gab is total Monica right now- super particular especially about her hair. She could spend hours on it just combing and primping.

Wise words friend, wise words! I called and spoke to both the pharmacy and BCBS. The BCBS had NO idea why it was denied and said she'd link the denied claim to the paid one and hopefully it will get paid! I don't do well with "hopefully" I had the pharmacy document the BCBS's ladies name and contact info and am having them overnight Chloe's meds in case this becomes even a bigger mess. I am trying to take it day by day but it's not naturally in my nature.

Thanks sweetie, I seriously hid out all weekend. I didn't take any calls or anything. I just layed low with the kids other than during the Seder last night. So, last night Nate & I were talking about our trip & he asked where we were eating. I told him I only made two ADRS....one for lunch at San Angel Inn and the other for Kona Cafe for breakfast. The other meals we were just going to do counter service.

He mentions that he'd like to eat at Jiko. I told him I didn't make any more ressies b/c we aren't doing the dining plan, and wanted to make this as cheap as possible. But the more I thought about it, I decided that since we are ALONE, this would be the perfect time to eat there. So we now have a5:30 ressie at Jiko for Mon. June 9. Which is perfect b/c AK has EMH that night & is open until 11! So a great dinner followed by a night at AK! I can't wait!!!!!

Fri. June 6

Kids have an early dismissal from school at 1:00. (It will be their last day of school, although they should technically be going on Monday. )

The plan is to pick them up at school and drive to my in-laws. They live in Western PA about half-way between Pittsburgh & Erie. It takes us 5 hours to get there. We will stay the night with them and leave from their house, leaving our children behind...... (just a little sad)

What will really happen.....
Nate will be still working at 1:00 and will be really stressed out. We will get into a fight. I will pick the kids up at school myself at 1:00. I will sit and wait for 6 hours until he finishes working. All the while being really angry and finding more stuff to pack. When we finally do leave we will get to his parents at 12:30 at night.
