Sure can. Sometimes the packages are delivered the next day, so you may have to plan accordingly. You can also have your package held at the front gate, so you don't have to lug it around all day. In case you decide to purchase a few last minute items.

in the main merch store at ioa, trading post
and the main merch store at the studios, the store near jimmy neutron. i believe were the 2 places for pick up at one time. you can shop and get them on your way out.

or that is how it was for me 3 years ago..

i stayed on site and have the room delivery for my purchases.
they told me the packages would be delivered to my room the next day.
