if staying off site without a laptop - how can i pre - check in for my return flight?

wasn't sure if this was best suited for this thread or the transportation one, so please move me if you think it best.

i am staying at a windsor hills townhome in June. the home has wireless access but i do not have a laptop that i can bring with me to utilize that. I was hoping i could check in ahead of time (the day before, when the window opens up - we are flying Airtran). is there anyplace where i could do that onsite at windsor hills? or even a kinkos? or does anyone know if you can call into Airtran and pre check in?

Check in the WH clubhouse. I know Windsor Palms has an internet cafe and that's where I checked in and printed my boarding passes. It's 9.95 an hour. Well worth it to be able to print the boarding passes there instead of at the airport.

Friends of our just stayed in a townhome at WH last week and they did exactly what the above poster suggests........printed their boarding passes at the business center at WH. If you're going to be in one of the WDW parks when you need to print your boarding pass you can also go to Guest Relations in any of the parks or even Downtown Disney and they will print it for you.......just don't forget to take your confirmation numbers with you that day!

I stayed at Windsor Hills recently May 3-11th. Had the exact same problem. Asked at the windsor hills clubhouse. They told me that they would check me in and if I wanted to print the boarding passes it would be 10 or 15 cents a page. If I was going to the parks that day they would check me in and would have he boarding passes waiting for me. Simple & easy! I was going to their pool that day so I just walked in a few minutes before my check in and they checked me in, printed the boarding passes and out the door I went to the pool. Cost me $1.00

You can also go to Guest Services at any of the parks. They'll do it for you.
