If staying at GC can you use DLH pool?

Hello- I know I have already read the answer to this question here but didn't think it mattered to us at the time. Now we are thinking of staying at GC but not if we can't use the pool at DLH. TIA!

No, sorry. There is no pool hopping allowed at DLR. It's even mentioned on the DVC members portable perks pamphlet.

I think the only time you could hop was when the DLH pool was under refurb.

We were able to last Sept. but only because the GCH pool was being refurbed.

They used to allow onsite guests to hop...DLH and PPH could share, and GCH could go wherever...but that stopped before our first big trip in '07. My stepmom always stayed at PPH and talked about it, and it was even on disneyland.com when we started planning that trip (booked in March, trip was in September), but at some point after we booked the wording on the website changed!

Thanks everyone! I knew you would come through for me- I just booked GC for the "Getaway" price and even though we won't have access to the Neverland Pool at DLH I still keep smiling everytime I think about staying at GCH!!!

Oh no! I didn't know this. I just assumed it was okay. We're doing the DLH and planned on using the PPH waterslide. I'm going to have to talk this over w/ the fam, because they love that slide. I'm the one who talked everyone into trying out a different hotel. From my understanding, the DLH slide is only for older kids who know how to swim.

Oh No! I didn't know that either. My girls are 6 and 8 but not really "risk takers". I was concerned about not being able to enjoy the DLH Neverland pool but now I will also rethink my plan. Thanks!!!
