If room is already booked, can you add a room request?

I booked online but would like to request a specific building. Can I do that online or do I call?

Hi! Unless things have changed very recently you have to call. I tried to send an email to them and was sent one back that they no longer took room requests by email that you had to actually call.

Yes. Call the resorts line anytime between now and maybe 2 weeks before you are due to arrive, just to make sure that it's on file when they assign a room to you.

Can you still fax your requests?

no more faxes. That ended a while ago.
There are no humans involved any longer in the actual room assigning process. It's all done by computers based on the room requests entered in the reservation.
