No, the Blue Bayou is closing during the refurb too. That's what I read in an article. I'll try find it...

If the ride is only down for minor repairs during the day, though, the restaurant is still open - but yes - for a rehab it's closed.

I haven't read for sure, but once before when we were there during a pirates rehab, BB was open, but a tarp was blocking the view of the ride. Unless you're just going for the food, we felt it ruined the atmosphere and wish we hadn't eaten there.
