If Universal is said to be cosing at 8pm on Sat. 2/28. what time will the Mardi gras parade be held, and the concert?

Mardi Gras is a little weird. At 8pm the park closes (no more admissions to the park or attraction), but the parade steps off right around 8p. The concert starts around 830p.
