Saturday I made a reservation at Pop for April 2 - 5 and paid one nights deposit.. I went on the Disney site today to see if my reservation would come up with the confirmation number I was given, and sure enough it did..

Had my one nights deposit listed and it said my balance was ZERO !!!

Yeah their website seems to carry a lot of inaccurate information. I have complained a number of times, but they still aren't able to fix my ressie, nor could they fix my incomplete ressie last year...

i wish instead of putting all the noisy movies and flashy pictures they could produce a website the retained your reservation info correctly.

Mine always says balance due, 0..because I don't owe anything until I get there..at least that's what I thought. Sometimes at night, it tells me I don't have a ressie..that's a little scary, until I check in the morning and it's back.

The site is hardly ever right - even CRO will admit this to you.

DM Rick is correct. It says no balance is due, because nothing is currently due. It is due at check in. Your paper confirmation will also say this. It never tells you the amount left. Only what you currently owe, like if you were going to send a check with the deposit instead of putting it on a credit card, it would list the deposit amount as due, until the check was recieved and credited.
