If money were no object (HA!), which resort would you stay at? A Deluxe? Would you still choose a Moderate? A Value? Or would you still stay off site?

I think it would be a toss up between AKL and WL for me, although over our past two trips, I'm slowly falling in love with the Poly too

I would stay at all the deluxes (sp?) A few days at each! I want them all. First one would be AKL then WL then Poly. Then I'd cruise around all the others, decide which one is best and stay as long as I wanted. You did say money was no object.:D

Not a fair question - Of course someone would rather stay in a deluxe.
I go one better. I'm a DVC member. And My accommmodations are better than the deluxe.

we stay for a night or two in lesser accomodations but we live for our DVC stays. And after the initial investment - it's free.

If you're not a DVC member - email me and I'll give you tone of info.
If you like Disney - You'll Love DVC

I would love to stay in the Beach Club concierge...so far I've only stayed at the WL and loved it, and we're staying at the Contemporary in a couple weeks...I like the Boardwalk's location & the pool.

For me its not a question of where, but for how long! I would love to do the GF, Poly, & AKL w/ view each for a week, & the a roll of the dice for one more week!

Beach Club - What the heck - make that BC Concierge too - money is no object, right? I'll take the Presidential Suite :teeth:

I'm with Leota -- Presidental Suite for at least 2 weeks minimum. Heck, make it a month!! :p

I would stay at the Grand floridian ,in a suite ,in boca chica ,with my entire family, what fun!!!

AKL or BWV, or maybe Poly concierge, lagoon view, but only in the summer.

I think it would have to be the best suite at the AKL and definitely with concierge service.

I've always wanted to try the GF maybe I'd tack on a week there as well, of course concierge.

I would stay at the BWV. I love the whole boardwalk area and would absolutely love to be able to walk to Epcot right from the hotel. But, I'd also like to stay at the Poly. For now, I'll just settle with the All Stars, as long as I get to visit WDW and stay on property. :D

I just love this resort, maybe because it was the first. I have never stayed in any other deluxe, but will be doing AKL in August, I have had a tour of the concierge at the Poly and I wasn't impressed, and GF is pretty, but there is something about tourists sleeping in the lobby that bugged me during one visit, so I will just be all alone at CR!

MMMMMM....yummy dream!

Grand Floridian - Suite - Concierge - Platinum plan! and at least 2 weeks!

I would definatly spoil myself. I would stay in the best suite at BC and AKL for like 2 weeks. Plus, go eat at Victoria and Alberts and get a NICE massage.

If money were no object, I would buy into the DVC, and always stay in a one bedroom villa at BCV or BWV.

I would also stay at WDW for a lot longer than my usual 6 nights.

I don't want to turn this into a debate on DVC, but I'm an accountant, and for the longest time I've been wondering WHY anyone takes part in this... I'd love to hear the pros from you all... (and yes, I have inquired about DVC from Disney...) but in my little analytical mind... all I can see are the cons.

Port Orleans French Quarter!!

I would book a waterview King Room connecting to two doubles for my boys and stay for two weeks!!

Believe it or not, the deluxe resorts just don't do it for me!!

I think our biggest reason is we must have food court on the way to the bus stop!!

Sitting down for breakfast everyday is not an option and getting breakfast at the parks is not an option.

I just need a bagle, banana, etc., but hubby wants a big omelet, sausage, biscuit and gravy, and the boys have cereal and scrambled eggs. The food court is really the only way you can accomplish that without wasting a lot of time at a sit down!

Now, I know some of the deluxes have a quick service, but "on the way to the bus stop" is a big key too. I don't want to have to hike to one end of the resort to grab a bite to eat, then all the way in the other direction to get to transportation.

French Quarter's Courtyard swimming area next to the river are just the tops!!!

We just returned from the AKL and LOVED IT, LOVED IT, LOVED IT. So if money were no object I would book that beautiful presidential suite with concierge services of course for two weeks. Aaah, very nice!
