If money was no object, which resort would you choose?

I always thought we'd go with the Grand Floridian, but DH and I have decided we really want to try the Yacht Club, instead. We're going to start working towards a stay at the Yacht Club!!

POLYNESIAN every time! ::yes::

We've always stayed in a Garden View room ..... never lagoon or concierge. So, if money were no object I'd stay Lagoon View Concierge!!! Or better yet - in a Suite! :teeth:

Polynesian!

We were lucky enough to stay there in December of 2002 (when they closed CBR for renovations...we were offered Poly for just a few $ more!).

I fell in love with that place!puckerup: :love: :love:

The Big Kahuna Suite at the Polynesian.

Hey - we didn't pay for it but we got to spend 2 nights at the Newport Suite at the BC. I had a friend who worked there and he got us in there for 2 nights of our trip. A great treat!!!

Polynesian, boardwalk inn or a tower room at the CR, the GF just seems too 'ritzy' to me.

i'd also love a savanna room at the AKL

A savannah suite at the AKL...It's awesome (I've seeen pictures).

I would try out the GF first. Then the Poly. :)

But, I'm certainly not complaining that we're staying at POFQ and AKL next year!!!! ::yes:: :wave2:

:Pinkbounc It would be the Grand Floridian for a 2 nights to see what all the hpye is about then transfer over to a suite at the Beach Club. ::MinnieMo

A garden suite at the BWI, Grand Floridian - honeymoon suite, AKL - concierge, Yacht Club, CR - 14 th floor concierge - can anyone make it happen? Smile.

I too thought that I would choose the Grand Floridian but when I look back to when I visited the resorts. I REALLY liked the Wildeness Lodge. Here's hoping I can stay there at least one night on my next trip in November, if they have good Florida Resident rates. :)

The Poly!!!! But I would also try the Concierge @ AKL so I could do the sunrise safari at least once.

I think I would go for the best room the Yacht Club has. Failing that, would one of the Category 1 suites on the DCL count for this question?

If it was a one time trip where money was not abn issue, I'd stay at the Poly in their best concierge suite. If money wasn't an issue for all stays, I'd try all the deluxes' best suites. Then I'd probably by as many DVC points as I could and start trying all the Home Away From Home resorts.
