If Late Seating, What time off the Ship?

Sorry, I know this has been asked before, but this will be our first cruise doing the late seating and just occured to me that I need to tell FL Tours what time to pick us up from the ship

you have to be off the ship by 9am

And don't forget, you can skip your main restaurant and eat at the buffet (or skip breakfast like we do after so much eating) if you want to leave earlier.

Had late seating last week and did buffet for breakfast at 7:15 so that we could go back to our room and leave the ship from there at 7:45. We did the curbside USair check-in (which had to be done by 8:00.)
