If I upgrade my AP to a PAP..will I lose FP+ ressies????

I bought AP's online a few weeks ago... we might upgrade to PAP's after we arrive. Right now I have FP+ ressies booked and we have to activate our MB's upon arrival. I did the WILL CALL feature when I purchased them online. I am worried that something will happen to those FP's??
