If I split my stay, can I still get a MYW package?

Some of you know we are planning a Dec. 06 visit. DH would like to split our stay between WL and ASMo (we get the deluxe for a while, but save $$ too). If we did that, could we still get a package with dining? TIA!

I am also interested in the answer. We are planning a trip for 06. I would like to split between Animal Kingdom and Grand Floridian. I know this seems a little extravagant but hey you only live once :earsboy: :earsgirl: :earsgirl: :earsgirl: :earsgirl:

There are a couple of ways you can do a split stay:
1. You can split the stay and take the package for both stays.
2. You can take the package for one resort and do a 'room only' for the
other.

Things to keep in mind: To get the dining plan, you MUST be on a package. To be on a package, you MUST get, at least, a 1 day MYW ticket. The dining plan is attached to the number of nights of your stay at the resort and NOT the the number of days ticket for the parks. Soooooo.......if you want to split your visit and your really want the dining plan for the entire stay, get a package for both stays and be sure it all equals out. :)

If I did two packages so I kept the dining plan, would I pay more for park tickets than I would if I had one package, since the tickets are discounted by how many days you want them? For instance, I know if you want a 10-day it's a better deal than a 5-day. Does that make sense?? Maybe I'm better off without dining...but I wanted it so DH didn't worry while we were there about what every meal cost, lol.

I knew the free dining plan was for the length of your stay regardless of how many days your tickets were for, but I wasn't sure about the regular dining plan. I have an AP, but am going during the free dining next month. Since I'm not renewing my AP when it expires in January, I went ahead and bought 7 day MYW tickets with pluses, but will be using my AP while I'm down there in Sept saving the 7 day ticket for next spring. If I decide to take my GD with me in the spring, buy us both 1 day base tickets in order to get a pkg, then upgrade hers to match mine once we get down there, can I still buy the dining plan for the full 10 days we'd be down there? She'd be 9 y/o so it'd be $35.99/day for me and $9.99/day for her, Correct?
