Yea, we'll still be going, even tho we swapped from Deluxe dining to quick service dining, we don't think the baby will sit for 2 table service meals a day, and we're gonna make dinners in the treehouse. That's pretty much the only change. We're gonna keep a couple ressies, crystal palace, and one more.....haven't decided which one, maybe teppan Edo. We'll discuss that this friday night. We have another central FL dismeet at Epcot on saturday, we're gonna hunt for hidden mickeys!!!! What time are you due in on the 14th? Do you know which park you're gonna go to that night? We can meet up with you later in the afternoon or early evening. Saturdays are best for us, otherwise I can grab Tyler out of school Monday early and meet you there. Chris comes back home tuesday, and will be home for our trip. We arrive on the 22nd, and doing SWW at DHS. Should be fun!!!

almost 2 weeks

The "Easter Bunny" gave me Alice in Wonderland for Easter I"m bringing a digital version with us to watch on the plane or during down time.

I am still trying to decide what to do our first night. I guess it will depend what adrs we have. I had Garden Grill but I just moved that to another night. Not sure what I am going to have for our first dinner in Disney.

All I know right now is it will not be AK. We'll see what I end with.

I have debated switching to the qsdp too. I think we'll just do all the character meals this year and next trip do the qsdp. DD should be over characters by then. Maybe just do CP or something.

I can't wait to see pictures of the treehouses. I haven't seen many.

She wanted to finish all the packing tonight but I have to wait for the big suitcase I brought up from the basement to stop smelling like basement. I have been airing it out for a few days so hopefully this weekend I can finish packing

I.......CANNOT......WAIT!

We made more changes. I cancelled Aaron off since he won't be going with us, and now we are sharing our room at the Polynesian with my Mom and my brother. As a result, I cancelled all of our lunch and dinner ressies except for the dessert party and the Luau which are already paid for, so the only TS meals we are doing are breakfasts. I am a little bummed, but on the other hand I feel kind of free.

Sunday= Kona @ 7:30

Monday= Ohana@ 7:30

Tuesday= Tusker House @ 8:00

Wednesday= 1900 Park Fare @ 8:40

Thursday and Friday we are either just going to wing it or I'll just stop at the AAFES store across the road at Shades of Green and buy bagels and cream cheese or something. The rest of the family staying with me is going to cost me an extra $125 on my room ressie so money is a little tighter than it was before. Friday will have to be really quick at breakfast since they are opening DHS so early now.

Did you see they totally extended operating hours for our week and added extra Electrical Light Parades and Fantasmics? On one hand, waaaaay excited. On the other hand, holy frijoles how many people are going to be there with us that they are extending them out so many hours? LOL

I am determined to get my house organized before we leave. I don't have to work until the end of May so I have the time. I am going to try to get rid of at least a third of Caitlin's toys and clean the basement b/c we have a bulk trash pick up next week. I've been avoiding the dis a bit so I don't try to change my plans too much.

I can't decide what to do our first night. I have been checking the dining website a few times a day to see what pops up for our first night but I can't pick where to go. Right now I have Sci-fi but I don't want to spend our first night in DHS. I was thinking about not going to any parks and just going to DTD, but I doubt our room will be ready. Then, I am thinking I want to go to go to EPCOT so maybe if something good opens up there we'll go there. I guess it will depend on what becomes available that night.

I have seen the new hours. I don't like it at all I am happy about the extra Fantasmic but now all the park hours are extended. I think the crowds are going to be much bigger than I expected when I first picked this week.

We are doing Tuskerhouse at 8:05 on Tuesday too!!!!!! I found an ADR last week and grabbed it. How exciting!! We are also doing 'Ohana at 7:30 on Sunday so we'll probably see you before you go to Kona.

Part of me wishes I didn't have any adrs but Caitlin is actually sticking with her choice of doing all the character meals. She even asked what Princess dress she would get to wear to CRT and Akershus. I wasn't planning on having to buy her a dress. I gave all her old ones away since they were getting to small. I bought her a pretty blue sundress for CRT and a frilly yellow tunic to wear to Akershus. I hope she changes her mind b/c I don't want to spend money on a dress. I am thinking if she really wants it I will make her pay for part of it with her Disney fund.

I have my adrs almost all set. The only night I still can't decide on is arrival night. I have been staying away from the disney dining website except to find better times for some places.

One time I was looking to change was CP dinner.
Right now I have CP booked on our MK day for dinner at 7:20. I was able to get a 3:30 yesterday. Which do you think sounds better?

We have CRT at 9:25.

Option 1
Mk in morning.
Afternoon break, back to hotel, cs lunch
Back to MK for CP at 7:20 and stay for parade and Wishes

Option 2
Crt
Snacks during the day
Stay in MK all day until 3:30 and have dinner at CP

After dinner head back to resort for break
CS dinner if needed or Room service if we have the credits

Head back to MK around 8 to catch parade and Wishes

I am leaning towards option 1 just b.c I think the food will be fresher since CP had just opened.

Yep, we're getting close!! I'm excited!!! Can't wait to hopefully see you guys!! I've met quite a few disser's, and all of them are completly awesome!! some have gone on to be very good friends! Most of all I'm ready to get Chris' family here, his family NEVER does anything together, and I want my hands on that baby!!! LOL

I did get an email from my DU lady about online check in yesterday!! WOOHOO!!!! We're getting that close!!!!! I think I'm at 19 days today, so 9 more days and we can do the check in online!!!!

What size is Caitlin wearing? Katie has a Snow White & a Cinderella that she does not fit into - I think that they may be a 7/8. I can pack them if you want....probably sleeping beauty too, but that is likely a 5.
