If I open a regular Disney visa cc will get early access to purchase Mickey’s Halloween Party ticke?

I was contemplating opening up a Disney visa regular card just for that option.. I would really like to purchase them June 5. Any other info I should know?

I think they are talking about Disneyland.

I don't see mention of cardholders only AP holders.

Yes I mean Disneyland's Mickeys Halloween party. Someone had posted that Disney Visa cardholders will get early access along with AP but before I apply I was hoping to get some confirmation.
