If I can dedicate at least 4 days to US/IOA...do I really need an express pass??

We have 7 days and we are only doing US/IOA and SeaWorld (except we will do WDW's MP&PP) So do we need to spend the extra money on express passes, or will it be just as easy for us to take our time and spread it out over a few days?? :confused3

Spreading it out over several days is the best thing to do. Depending on when you're going, you may not need the Express Pluss pass. You can always wait and get them when you arrive and if you see the lines starting to get long, go to any of the larger stores at either park and purchase them.

We will be there June 3-10!

It's possible you would need the EP's during that time but if you get there early you can usually beat the crowds and do the bigger stuff before it gets too busy. Again...you can wait and purchase the Express Plus passes at either park if you think the lines are getting too long. :thumbsup2

Are school groups still going in early June? We found that the most populated days were Fridays and Saturdays because of school groups, when we went in May. I advise going early in the morning, early in the week.

I would say you may not need them. BTW you're not staying on site are you? If so, you automatically get unlimited fast pass with your room keys. If not, you could just feel out the first day. If you're having trouble with long lines, you can always get some the next day. With that much time, I tend to doubt you'll need them. Plus some of the regular lines are themed in and of themselves and are kind of cool to experience. Especially Dueling Dragons, the Mummy, ET and MIB.

We were there in August and didn't get the EP. We found if you get to the park when it opens you have 2-3 hours before it starts to get busy. We found the lines really weren't bad until about 1-2 pm. We then left and went back to the rental house for a swim/rest and something to eat. We came back around 5 pm and while there were lines they weren't as bad as they were at mid-day (usually 40 min or less).

June 6 is the last day of school for Palm Beach County. My DD will be up there with the entire 8th grade and I'm sure her school is not the only one doing that. They will be at IOA.
