If I buy 100 pts resale can I add on thru disney directly

even though I don't have the 160 minimum? I think I want OKW through resale, but then maybe a smaller one at AKV, like 50 pts, would Disney do that?
I just requested information from the guide I was assigned. Does this introductory info tell me about current incentices at AKV or is it just general info, does anyone know? thanks

Yes, once you are an owner, you can add on as few as 25 pts directly from Disney.

When you buy the current 100 point contracts from Disney I thought the smallest add on had to be 60 points? Or I thought if you owned less than 100 points, your first add on had to make your total points 160 or over?

IE- If you own a 50 point contract the smallest add on for you would have to be 110 points?

Anyone know for sure?

I've never seen anything in our contracts. Our original purchase back in 2005 was 100 points through resale. We didn't have any restrictions on add-ons back then.

We just purchased a new master contract for 100 points at AKV and I didn't see anything in our paperwork that stated any restrictions on add-ons.

When buying a resale, no matter how many points that resale contract contains, you then may do future add-ons directly through Disney of 25 points or more if you'd like. However, believe if you want financing from Disney for your add-on then you must purchase at least 50 points.

Your add-on purchase does not have to bring your total number of points up to 160. You can still own less then 160 points between purchasing your resale and then purchasing future add-on(s) directly through Disney.
