Hey gang,
I usually book via DVC membership however I used all my points this year on a fabulous vacation to Aulani. Anyhow I am wondering if I book via Costco Travel and a discount comes out for my dates of travel do they allow for changes or can I call and apply this discount the same way that WDTC allows?
