is it any different than booking it online with CRO? Can I call CRO to make changes to my ressie if I need to?

Nevermind...I ended up booking with CRO. They were telling me there was no WL STD rooms available for my stay when I was looking online as I was speaking with them and there was one available. The CM finally called guest services and they found me a STD room so I booked on the phone...
