If I book a mod.

we are a family of 6 ,so need 2 rooms. If I book a mod in hopes of a code coming out and prepay, and a code does not come out can I roll it over to a budget if our $$ gets tight? Also we are going the wednesday prior to Easter to the following wednesday, are ther ever codes around this time. Between our childrens sports that is the only possible week to not conflict.

In march of '04, we changed our ressies last minute due to DH's work schedule. We had WL booked. Last minute all we could get (paying rack rate) was Pop. To make a long story short, we had to forgo the money paid and wait for the credit to show up on our credit card and then pay for Pop seperately. It was a mess and they explained that each hotel has it's own bookkeeping. They did transfer one nights deposit but that was it. I *think that it would not have been such a problem if our change wasn't so last minute but I would just call and make certain. I know that I have paid my deposit and then changed resorts and have never had a problem having just the deposit transferred.
