If codes come out for sept. will they be avail. for CSR?

Last year, we went the last week of April/first week of May, and when the discount codes came out, they could only be applied at CBR and Port Orleans. Do the codes ever work at CSR and would we have a better chance of them being applied there in Sept? thanks

Because CSR draws a large number of business people, discounted rooms, if available, are very limited. I'm actually hoping for an AP rate this spring, myself. But if nothing is available for CSR, I'll be switching to POR or POFQ. I've always wanted to try them anyway.
