If booking direct, you must pay to park, book through Priceline, it's free?

Booking directly on the Hilton app, September 15th-16th, Home 2 Suites, CoCoa Beach. Not parking a vehicle, $209.51, but parking a vehicle, $220.71.


But, when booking through Priceline, you get the room at the exact same price, and no mention what so ever about a parking fee. $209.51

I would read the fine print for the Priceline deal. I doubt “all fees” includes parking but just the standard fees everyone pays like resort fees.

Not every guest pays for parking, just the ones bringing a car. I would think that’s a special fee not included in the regular hotel rate, and then the hotel adds it as a room charge when you check in. Priceline doesn’t want to manage the add ons. They just give you the room.
