Idol Watchers...Do you think one of the guys

can win? Granted, we haven't seen all of them tonight as yet, but when you compare LaToya and Fantasia to Matt or even John Peter, it is like night and day. The women are polished and have great presence and the guys are cute, but, to me, don't have "it". What do you think?

I don't know if one of the guys can win, (go JPL!) but I think one of them will be in the final 2.

I think JPL and George Huff have a chance.

I think that Jon Peter Lewis and George have a chance as well. I know a lot of people think he is cocky, but I like Matt Rogers too. His performance wasn't awesome, but it was definitely fun to watch.

I love George Huff but I voted for #11 (the Hawaiin girl because she is just amazing.) Truthfully, I don't like Fantasia. I like LaToya a lot ~ great voice, very pretty, etc...but Fantasia does nothing for me, although you can tell she can handle a crowd. I'm sure that comes from all her church singing. I think a girl will win.

George has a great voice and a lot of charisma! I also like Jon Peter and John. I don't like Matt.

I think George will go pretty far, but maybe the top 4.

This year it's going to be a woman - almost positive of that.

I'm a fan of Jon Peter Lewis and George Huff as well! Granted the guys are less polished, they seem more genuine. Some of the girls come off as a bit cocky and none of them really 'wowed' me.

JPL seems like the nicest guy in the world, as does George, but I just don't think they have great voices. I was so surprised the judges thought they both did well...but what do I know???! The women are stronger this time, I think. But JPL...how sweet!

The girl has game!! She entertains and man can she sing!!. I'd love to see her win! Matt I don't care for. Nothing special about him. He's just obnoxious. I feel bad for Leah. They never should've let this kid go on. Same for John the redhead. The kid can sing songs from the 50's,but that's it. Randy was right,he's boring. Penman,he's ok. American Idol,nope.

I think Fantasia is a little too obnoxious for my tastes. She can sing, no question.

I didn't think Leah sounded bad last night, but I am tone deaf and couldn't sing a note in key if my life depended on it. I thought all of them sounded a lot better than some of last years, and prior to last night, I didn't think they were as strong as the previous group.

I think Jon Peter Lewis should be in the top 2 along with the girl with the flower in her hair (forgot her name). I don't know how the red-headed John even got into the top 32. He's terrible! I had to leave the room I couldn't stand listening to him. I also think Leah doesn't belong and needs to go. For the guys though, George hopefully will also go a long way and then also Amy with the pink hair.

It's so interesting how there are such differing opinions on John Stevens. I get goosebumps when he sings but other people think he can't carry a tune.

Just my opinion, but the only one I see with even a possibility to making to the final three is George..................P

Of the men, I liked only George (just watched last night for the first time this season). George is the one who sang "Dock of the Bay," right?
I think the last two girls, the young ones, were the best. I also liked the first girl, who was in a wedding band. I think one of the girls will definitely win the "whole thing."

George Huff kinda scares me when he sings because his voice is so low and it doesn't sound good at all. He's like another Ruben, I don't understand what people see in him. Matt Rogers only made it because he's a football player and girls think he is hot. I don't think those two should go far. But I do like JPL and John Stevens. I liked Mr. Pen Salesman from the beginning at auditions and I still think he has a good voice. And I also really like the energy he has. And I really like John Stevens because I like his style and I agree with Simon on him. All you hear in this competition is diva and it's nice to hear something different like John Stevens.

I honestly don't think any of the guys will win this year, especially with the whole Latoya and Fantasia hype. I'm already seeing on the news that Latoya should be the next American Idol, which is exactly what they did with Ruben last year!! But I do hope that John Stevens and JPL stay awhile.

Fantasia-

This girl is too much. She's obnoxious. I could not deal with seeing her on every talk show if she won. She sounds WAY too much like Macy Gray, in my opinion...and how well is Macy Gray doing right now?

LaToya-

Will be in the top 3. Don't know if she'll win it though.

The last two girls from last night-

I really think one of them will win the whole thing.

The Guys-

I think that JPL and George are the best of that crop!

I believe when it gets down to 5 it will be all girls. I hope Matt makes he because he is adorable. But it will be jennifer, The last girl, Jasmine, Fantasia the first girl in the final 5. Tough one on who will win though.

If I had to choose a guy it would be either George Huff or John Stevens.

I like Fantasia, but I don't like her smart attitude. Something about her rubs me the wrong way.

I'd rather see Diana or Latoya win.
