Are the EPCOT international pavilions staffed by people from their respective countries yet?

We were in Epcot Sunday (2/21) and did not see any "native" CM's in the countries.

Currently no, the International College Program (who were the main CM’s in the pavilions) is still suspended. There may be a few random CM’s from those countries who now live in FL, but it’s not like pre-covid. Hopefully they bring that program back.
