Does anyone else think this show is strange?

I watched parts of it on Monday and finally watched an entire episode last night. It is just too strange. Penn Jillette makes an odd game show host, and the set up of the show is strange. The way the people are posed when you first see them, and the way they have one little line to say when the contestant picks their identity.

I like "Deal or No Deal", and "1 vs. 100" is OK. But "Identity" is just plain weird. And all three are produced by the same company from Sweden, Edemol.

Yes, it is like rewarding people for stereotyping. I just thought the whole thing was done strangely.

ITA I was telling DH last night that there is so much downtime between the Is....THAT....your....IDENTITY....? and the time they actually answer the question. Like we're supposed to be excited and sitting on the edge of our seats when all it does is make me *yawn*

I'm personally addicted to it! I also LOVE '1 vs 100'...tis on tonight!

1 vs 100 is a repeat tonight becaue identity is on again. Although a new 1 vs 100 is on christmas night at a special time.

Am I the only one that thinks the indentities of these people is pretty obvious. There might be one or two that I could mix up like the CSI and the organ donor from last night but the rest of the people it was way too obvious.

the pacing of the

show is

incredi bly

slow..............
