? Identifying a Pin

Hello, on vacation I purchased a pin and it is mickey in a mountie outfit it says Canada below him and on the back it says c disney and made in Canada. Does anyone know when it first came out ? Would it be tradeable with cms in disney even though it says made in Canada or would it be considered as a Spain pin.
