Identifing Diser`s

just wondered if anyone wears anything green to identify yourself as a Diser, and has anyone had any response while doing this

I am going to this trip! Probably a lime green ribbon on my camera strap or the Home Depot Mickey head!

I hope to run into some fellow DISers while there.

Last year, we tied lots of lime green, curly ribbon to the stroller handle so that ours wouldn't be mistaken for someone else's. No one noticed. ...or if they did they were avoiding us

When I wear green (especially lime green); my not-so-natural blonde hair takes on a sickly glow.

Any color BUT green!

BTW, if you swipe the Mickey heads @ Home Depot, the MIB will wisk you away to Universal.

I never have before, but I had a lime green Mickey head monogrammed onto the backpack I am taking this trip!

The last 2 times we've been to WDW, I've had the green mickeys hanging from all luggage, backpacks, ect.. No one noticed, that I know of. I was hoping that at the least SOMEONE would say something, but, nothing.... Oh well, maybe next time, the third times the charm!!!!

Last September, I taped my lime mickey ears to my hotel window with my NC State, just hopeing someone would see me. Plus, I had one on my backpack and no one noticed My husband thought I was crazy!

I laminate the lime green Mickeys and hang them from my backpack. Like a lot of others, no one has approached me... But, I'll keep trying!!!

In all of the dozens of trips to WDW each year, we have never seen anyone wearing the green stuff to signify they are disers.

I have to admit, I have seen lime green shirts, etc, and not approached them myself, thinking I may be bothering someone who just happens to like green on their day at the park. I really think we need to go a little farther in identifying ourselves, as I would like to meet others from the board. I always have something green and have never been approached, so maybe we can come up something to add to our green??

Last May I wore the mickey home depot head on my backpack and no one approached. I only seen two ppl wearing green but they didnt speak english. I wish we could identify ourselves more like a lime green ribbon loop on our clothing I would notice that. Just like the breast cancer with pink we could have green ribbons. I will try again next time and really keep my eye out.

The specific Mickey Head color that most use is the Alien Green Chip code # 4B-30

You know I've been DISing for a while now and I never knew that we should wear something to show that we are DISers. That's funny because on my trip last September I wore a lime green zip up over my clothes many nights, and no one said anything to me . Can someone please tell me about these home depot mickeys? This is the first that I've heard of them and I really hope to run into some other DISers on our next trip

PLEASE I hope when I go someone notices because when I told my DH that we have to get the Lime green Mickey's from Home Depot he thought I was nuts
I told him it was a way of people knowing I am a fellow DISer. He said he will make fun of me the whole trip if no one says anything to me and that I should buy Lime Green Crocs so everyone will know for sure !!!!

Myself and DD9 did this last August and we "did" run into a few Diser's this way!!! I laminated the Home Depot color swatches in LIME Green and attached them to our luggage and our backpacks while @ the parks !!! Some even put them on display in their hotel room window ...but I didn't feel like possibly being disturbed while resting in the room. Have fun planning

I saw a couple of people with lime green when I was there, but I was wondering if it was just a coincdence, so I didn't want to say anything to anyone I didn't know and look like a wacko walking up to people I didn't know.
That may be why no one says anything when you wear green!

PS. anytime I look for a lime green Mickey head in Home Depot by me. they're all gone! I wonder if there are a lot of DIS'ers in my area!
