Hi everyone thanks for all the wonderful info I have seen here. I am still looking for an answer as to if we need to show identification for everyone in our party when we check in. thanks

I only needed mine. My dd17 did not. She didn't need to even be at the desk.

We did not have the dining plan, so I'm not sure if you'd need it for that.

Airline check-in we both needed photo i.d.

Magical Express, just our vouchers/ressie papers.

For check in I only needed my CC - they didn't ask for my ID. Also didn't need it for anyone else in the party and we had DDP. We drove so I didn't even think to bring it for my kids IDs, so I'm glad they didn't request it - we would have been in trouble. In fact DH and the kids didn't even come in to the hotel until after I was done checking in - they just loaded all the luggage onto the bell-hop cart.

ETA - I did do the online check-in before our arrival, which may be why they didn't ask for my ID.

We were there twice in last year and a half. No ID needed at checkin. Hubby and kids weren't even at counter with me. They were resting on the chairs in POR lobby! We were on dining plan also.

We were at POR twice in last year and a half. Both times we did not need ID at checkin. Hubby and kids were in the huge lobby resting on sofas and walking around checking everything out. We also had the dining plan both times.

Since OP's user name references maritime, I assumed they might be checking in for a cruise? But maybe not.
