Identification Cards

I am looking for ID cards for my kids so that if they get lost, they will be able to give them to a CM. My oldest son is autistic and completely non-verbal, so I feel like it is a must for him. I was thinking that if it was in characters he really liked, he'd be more willing to wear it (I plan to laminate and put around his neck on a lanyard or print on stickers and stick one on him each day) Would it be possible to do a small (2.5 x3.5 ish) ID card with his name, some info about his condition and the phone numbers of everyone in our party? It could be very simple, but he LOVES the Little Einsteins so if it could have them, I think it'd be more likely that he'd wear it. If this is possible, I could PM the info. I have 3 sons, and I'd want one for each of them. Thanks!
