Ideas please....

My best friend and I are going to Disney World for her birthday. She has always wanted to do the Keys to the Kingdom Tour at Magic Kingdom so after much planning I have called and paid for the two of us to do the tour for her birthday. This is a surprise and I am so excited but now I am at a loss as to how to tell her about it. I am totally uncreative and I was hoping that maybe some of you amazingly creative people could help me come up with a really fun way to tell her about her present. I would really like for her to have some sort of gift to unwrap and thought maybe I could find her a really cute Disney key ring or something then have the card say something about giving her the keys to the kingdom but I don't really know. So...any thoughts?

I bought a giant brass key from Disney a few years ago. Maybe you could give her something like that with an invite to the tour attached to the ring.
