Idea's on what to do while waiting in lines with kids ranging from 6-12

Hello Fellow Disney Fans,

Traveling to WDW end of March Looking for good ideas on what to do with the kids while standing in line waiting for a ride or an attraction?

Do some silly educational games....play I spy, Count how many people you see with _______(fill in the blank - Micky ears on, Cinderella on their shirt, etc.), Ask what their favorite rides were so far and why, talk about their favorite characters, play rock, paper, scissors, just think of simple things to keep them entertained. I think the simple games are often the most fun for kids. I spy or counting how many people you see with a certain disney item are things that all ages can play. Who can find someone carrying a Stitch toy the fastest? A lot of people walk by the lines and give you a great opportunity to use observation to your advantage!

He is great for playing with while in ques,tells corny jokes and you play different triva games (interactive) also.

We just visit, "what is your favorite ride so far...what do we want to do next....who's your favorite character, etc". It seems to go quickly, we've never had a problem!

When I knew there is long lines I make sure the sweetpea has a snack and some water to get her through the line. Sometimes Ill bring a small bottle of bubbles or something else silly like that. I have also done a little flash card game. I wrote the name of disney characters on them and the person reading the card gives clues while the other person guesses. She loved that game and we still do it every now and then. We just called it "guess who I am". Now though we dont even use the flash cards.
