Ideas needed for DS 17 bday

We will be in FL for DS 17 birthday. DH has a conference at the Omni Champions Gate and we are going to 'come along'. We're going to Don Cesar in St. Pete for 2 days prior, then to Omni in Orlando. DD14, DS and I aren't planning on doing Theme Parks. So far our activities planned are: Shopping - DS wants to go to the Adidas Outlet; Disney Quest; Sky Venture - DD wants to do this; and we'll meet up with family from Lakeland to go to Orlando Paintball. We also need to go to the Motorcycle shops to buy him boots & a jacket which is what he wants for his Birthday and there are no dealers here that have them so he can try them on. The rest of the week we plan on hanging out at the hotel.

So, does anyone have any suggestions on something wonderful to do for his 17th Birthday?

well, if your not going to the parks then Im sorry I dont know. cuz almost all of my birthdays I have been in Disney and I will be there this year for my 16th with a friend. So I dont know. Maybe let him bring a friend and just let them do whatever they want...
