Ideas for St. Pete Beach / Tampa?

We leave on Sunday for St. Pete for a couple of days before heading to Orlando. We are celebrating birthday/finishing PhD/ and no more skin cancer! Yay!

So, we are staying at the Don Cesar for 2 nights and we are looking for good places to eat for dinner in that area. We will be spending the days at Busch Gardens, and would like some beach atmosphere for dinner.

Any ideas??

Columbia Restaurant is good, there are a number of them in the St. Pete/Tampa area. The cuban sandwich is really good
