As there are a lot of us going in October I thought it would be nice to post some pictures/ideas for Halloween. Please add yours – I would love to get some new ideas for this October. Has anyone got any pics of the haunted carriage rides?

All these pictures are from our October 2010 trip.

Pumpkin Patch at town of Celebration – free just give a donation to charity/buy a pumpkin. Think it is open daily.

OMG! Seriously? 23months? It seems like only yesterday you were telling us you were pregnant with the twins, let alone it being their all-but 2nd birthday already! My how time flies!

I keep seeing the limited edition Rapunzel doll (£60) one in store, and I wish I could get the 'Honey I blew up the kids' ray gun and do that to the dress, it's heavenly - so much nicer than the standard costume. So, I'm guessing the machine might come out for the making of that one.

dixonsontour, are you having difficulty thinking of a theme this year, or just after some general tips? I love going into Wal-Mart when its getting to that time. Americans just go so all-out that the store looks amazing.

Also, for something to do and see in the evenings, the closer it gets to Halloween the better, take a trip over to Fort Wilderness and have a wonder around the caravan and camping section. Those guys really know how to decorate. Last year, we were over there for Hoop Dee Doo, and could see lights in the distance. We thought it might be the Water parade, giving the general direction and time. However, when we got closer we realised it was the caravan/RV park and that there were several caravans/RVs decorated like carnival floats! It was amazing.

All the Hallowween Decorations are getting me all excited for MNSSHP

DD and me going to dress up with an Alice theme, DD choice but the tween dresses I've seen so far are a bit grown up for my liking! DH might wear a Tshirt with a little reference to us :rotfl:

Have just read about the haunted carriage ride. Does anyone know where it is being moved to?

TIA as always

Nikki :flower3:

OK - this thread is getting me excited for next Oct :rotfl: I'm hoping to go to MNSSHP on 31st Oct.:)

I bought one of those mugs!

Have thought of looking at the fort wilderness decorations this year - combined with the free chip and dale campfire singalong.

We are so excited for this years MNSSHP as we are getting married on the 5th October in Disney. We plan to wear our wedding outfits to the party:goodvibes
