I would add new E-tickets to both Jurassic Park and Lost Continent, they both need it. In JP, I would build the scrapped jeep ride. Sort of a cross between an indoor dark ride and a gloomy, more enclosed version of what Kilimanjaro is. I'd also replace Pteronadon Flyers with something that has a higher capacity. Possibly a tame flying coaster. Then I would order someone to get all the special effects on JPRA working correctly, because it seems like it's never 100%. In LC, I would build some type of dark ride/coaster with a medieval theme. It would go in the space that was supposed to house Van Helsing. I'd put a Grinch dark ride in Suess (along with getting the driving machines open) in the space behind Cat in the Hat. Eventually, I'd build a Rocky & Bullwinkle water coaster in the space next to Ripsaw Falls. I'd also think about replacing the Toon Theatre with a new ride for Marvel and extend the theming out to there, because Marvel is too small. Marvel doesn't need a new ride at the moment though.
In USF, I would gut the Nickelodeon building and turn it into an indoor studio tour of sorts, with Universal movie memorabilia, recreated sets and the like. Maybe a general special effects show to go with it, like the Horror Makeup show but more broad in theme. In the large space behind MIB, I'd build a new area that centers around a jungle-themed Kong ride or some other E-ticket, with several other, smaller rides around it. I would give E.T. a complete refurb, including animatronics and special effects upgrades. Possibly do the same with Jaws.
Oh yeah, and I would ditch the horribly boring Earthquake preshow but keep the ride. Possibly make it longer with the empty space if it's possible.
