We will be going to WDW in August. During the time that we are there DH and I will be celebrating our 26th anniversary. Our DDs- 18 14 suggested that we go out to dinner by ourselves that night. Any suggestions for a nice anniversary dinner?

Cali Grill, Ohana, Coral Reef are just a few that I can think of off the top of my head...Congtrats...on your annive.

It would help if we knew more about what you like. Are you on the dining plan? We've never done the signature restaurants but there have been rave reviews for Cali Grill, Jiko, Narcooses, etc. We're on the dining plan, but we paid out of pocket for our 25th anniversary dinner and went to Fulton's in Downtown Disney. It is the first Disney restaurant DH ever took me to and we really like the food so it was a sentimental thing.

We will be celebrating 37 yrs. in Sept, when we are at Disney. We are going to make reservations at Narcossee's. Went there last year and loved it. I am ordering a cake to be brought out to our table. It take 2 credits each if you are on the dinning plan. Other wise with tip and drinks, I would plan at least 150.00 for the meal. Great Lobster and steak.

We love Jiko for a romantic night; or if in the park, Bistro de France with a window table during Illuminations

DH and I really enjoyed Artist Point. I thought it was quiet and romantic. WL is a great place to spend a quiet evening.

This June we are celebrating our anniversary :bride: at the Spirit of Aloha Luau at the Poly. We did this 12 years ago BC (before children). Nothing more romantic than a stroll along the tiki torch lit, plushly landscaped paths. They have you exit onto the beach of the Poly where you can remove your shoes and stroll hand in hand along the beach, maybe watch fireworks or electric light parade boats (if timed right), and back then they had chaise lounge chairs you could hang out in for awhile. Best part is you don't have to STAY at the poly to enjoy its grounds. Although I'm sure its fabulous, we could never afford it. But you can surely enjoy something tropical with an umbrella stuck in it.:flower3: We plan this for our "off" days from the park and are truly relaxed for the experience.

Our best honeymoon dinner was at Citrico's. They went out of their way for us. they were awesome!

It would help if we knew more about what you like.

Here are some recommendations, along varying tastes...

If you want super-formal, true gourmet cuisine...Victoria & Alberts

If you want a spectacular view...California Grill

If you want an excellent dinner show...Spirit of Aloha Luau at the PR

If you want dinner inside an attraction...San Angel Inn (our fav at EPCOT)

If you want a quiet dinner with tasteful ambiance...Artist Point at the WL

Good luck!!!

DH and I are celebrating our 25th this June and are taking advantage of the new "Sweetheart dinner for 2 package deal which is part of the "what will you celebrate" promotion...you can choose whatever restaurant you want I believe, we chose Narcossee's since we are staying at the Grand Floridian.. you get etched champagne flutes a special dinner menu,etc....can't wait!!

Thank you everyone for all your input. All great suggestions. It will be so hard to choose!:flower3:

We went in September for our 10th. We went to Yachtsman Steakhouse.
They treated us like royalty, and the food was very good.
We had never been over there, and the resort was lovely.
