Ideas for a good CS meal near DHS?

I here the cs here are all something to miss! Any ideas of something close to do for dinner near there? We will be doing 50s Prime Time for lunch!

Check out Swan, Dolphin, or Boardwalk. They are all within walking distance of DHS.

Either we aren't very picky or we've just been very lucky. I've eaten at several of the QS at HS and never had a problem. Is it great food? No, but it isn't that much different from other QS at the other parks.

Check out the menus over at easywdw.com (he has pics of the actual menu boards). We like Fairfax Fare, Min & Bill's Dockside, Starring Rolls (may not still have sandwiches for dinner, though), Pizza Planet (has the exact same pizza all the other QS pizza places have), and Studio Catering Co.

There are some places in the BW area, but they are mostly TS dining.

Fairfaxe Fair is good, Studio Catering has a buffalo chicken sandwich that is good.

Starring Rolls is wonderful - for lunch. They close for the day around 4 pm and often sell out of sandwiches by 2.

If you have park hoppers, you would open up all kinds of choices by taking the boat from HS to Epcot.

If you want to stay in HS, my best recommendation if the weather is nice is to walk down the street leading to ToT, RnR, & F!. There are a string of individual CS locations and one mass picnic seating area. Some groups of tables are under canopies and others are in the open. In effect, it's an open-air food court. One place has burgers, one has pizza and salad, one has ribs & chicken, one has turkey legs, etc. Between them all, everyone in your group should find something for dinner and then you all meet up in the seating area.

My DH and I enjoyed Starring Rolls. There were also several other CS that we wanted to try (looked good) but we were always so full! Have a great trip.
