Any cute ideas for ways to celebrate dd's 5th birthday while we're there at WDW? She's not big into too much "public attention" so getting up on stage or in a parade or something like that is not going to fly. But, what have people done in various restaurants or otherwise? I assume you can have a cake ordered, but anything more unique? Is there any kind of special birthday delivery you can have ordered from a character, or something like that...??

Thanks,
-Eli

I have read so many books that I forgot where I saw this, but...
I read you can go somewhere at MK (I think maybe Town Hall) & they will give you something (maybe a certificate or a pin to wear) & then everyone knows it's her b-day & I bet she'd get special treatment from characters, etc.

If your staying on site, call 404wdisney and tell them that you're celebrating a birthday and they'll have a 5x7 of your child's fav character autographed waiting for your child

They have it for them at te resort. The unofficial guide to WDW is

where I got the idea the lady in there said they even decorated

the room and also had a birthday card for her child. I'm not sure

about that the only thing they told me about when I called was

the photo. They do ask when your making ressies if your

celebrating a special occasion while your there a birthday or

anniversary? So maybe they do for adults. I honestly don't know.

I'm going at Sept so if it's before your trip I can let you know

exactly what's all done my my kids.
