Ideas for 21st birthday?

My son will be turning 21 while at Disney -- any suggestions on what might be really fun? We also have a 20yo with us, so can't get into places like JellyRolls. We're planning for his *first* drink to be from a Monkeyhead in Adventurer's Club... any other ideas?

I think there might be some clubs in Pleasure Island that allow 18+ in...If you feel like going off site, we always have good food and drinks at Margaritaville in Citywalk @ Universal... There are also lots of "international" drinks in the world showcase at EPCOT. I would have loved to celebrate my 21st at WDW, what a lucky guy!!!

PI has a few places that are 18+ they are good for all ages go, DH and I go there too.
