Idea for finding more coupons

I thought I'd post this on a new thread so more of you would see it. I live in Columbia, SC and I haven't really had any complaints with the coupons in our state paper but I have noticed that occaisionally The Grocery Game will ask for a coupon that I don't have. Yesterday, I decided to buy the paper from Atlanta, Ga. They have better coupons than I usually get. A lot were the same but a lot that were $1.00 for me were for $1.50 and $2.00 in Georgia! I did glance thru the paper in the store to make sure they had coupons before I bought the paper. So, if you live in a smaller area and can get a larger city's paper, try checking it out! Several of our grocery stores carry them. I may have to check out Charlotte, NC paper next week!

I live in Mass and always have my husband buy the Boston paper in addition to the local paper because the Boston papers have two coupon packs where ours only has one. I never found better $off though. Lucky you.

I do the same thing here in Ohio. I buy my local paper and the Cleveland paper. The Cleveland paper often has more coupons in it.

We really only buy the Providence paper and not a local. On occassion we'll buy Boston, but it seems that when we do, it either has no coupons or not as many as Providence.

If you can use online coupons, check out www.wow-coupons.com My MIL sent me this link last week and I was checking out some of the coupons over the weekend. Not bad! And most were over 50 cents.
