I got adventurous today and did Dim Sum...not bad and none of the food was moving

OMG I have power and internet.

It's been on about 3 hours and I feel like I am going to lose it. You know when your kid gets hurt and you have to keep it together to get through the situation, then when it's over you can cry. That's how I feel right now, it's all hitting me.

OMG wait to you see the picture of the liquor store around the corner, you would cry too.

But seriously, this has been some experience. I had to get ice, food, water everyday. I am so tired from carrying ice, emptying water. Yea, of course the liquor stayed cold. And yea Joey & I got drunk at night, we needed something to help us sleep, it's freaking hot with no ac.

My daughter is fine, her bff has been staying with us all week while her mom worked. She burnt her hand though the night of the hurricane. It was a pretty nasty burn that still is hurting. What possessed my 14 year old child to want to touch a lantern is beyond me. I was in the bathroom when she did it. I can't leave that child for nothing. Anyway, she will be fine, and maybe she won't touch a lantern again.

I will post pictures later. I am pretty sad and thankful at the same time. Now I want a drink.

Awwwww you sound physically and emotionally exhausted. I am so sorry you guys have had such a time of it, but thankful to hear everyone is well. You deserve all the drinks you can stomach.
